Lucious Blueberry Whole Wheat Pancakes

I adapted this recipe to reduce cholesterol and fat. It’s so light and fluffy, you’ll be truly amazed at how wonderful these taste!
ingredients
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs whites, beaten into stiff peaks
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups fresh blueberries

1. Mix all dry ingredients together.

2. Prepare egg whites in a separate bowl.

3. Mix all liquid ingredients together.

4. Combine the 2 mixtures and mix well.

5. Slowly fold in egg whites.

6. Pour 1/4 cup mixtured onto hot pan. Top with blueberries.

7. Fry on pan on both sides until fluffy and browned.
