Aaron's Favorite Chinese Chicken Salad
A delicious and light meal that everyone enjoys!
ingredients
- 1 pkg cole slaw
- 3 chicken breast boiled and shredded
- green onion, chopped
- 3 pkg oriental ramen noodles
- 1 small pkg sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (optional)
- Dressing
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c oil
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T white vinegar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 pkg seasoning from noodles

crunch noodles in pkg, add almonds and sesame seeds. Toast at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Bring dressing to a boil stirring constantly. Pour over salad ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
