Beef Burgandy
Best when served over rice or mashed potatoes.
ingredients
- 2# Beef Stew
- 1 can French Onion Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1/2 cup Burgandy Wine
- 2 tbsp parsley
directions
Bake at 400 degrees with lid off for 1 hour, then put lid on and turn down to 300 degrees. Bake for 1 or 2 hours or until guest arrive.
