Matt's Hot Potato Salad
ingredients
- 7 medium potatoes cooked firm & sliced
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- about 1/2 cup water
- about 1 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped

Chop 1/2 lb bacon and fry crisp

To bacon drippings add:

flour, vinegar, water, sugar and salt.

Layer potatoes, onions, salt pepper and bacon. Pour hot sauce over the layering and mix gently. Potatoes can be prepared ahead but sauce must be prepared just before serving.
