Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie chicken
- 4-6 oz Elbow macaroni noodles
- Red grapes, sliced
- Almonds, slice and toasted
- 3/4- 1 cup Mayonnaise (more if desired)
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 3 hard boiled eggs
directions
Cook noodles. While noodles are cooking chop eggs, grapes and celery. Place in large bowl with almonds and set aside. Pull meat off chicken. Add chicken to eggs, grapes and celery. When noodles are done, drain and add to chicken and combine. Add mayo. Mix well. Add more mayo if desired.
