Fajitas Margarita
ingredients
- 1 (1-1/2) Lb Round Steak fat trimmed
- 1/4 Cup Tequila
- 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
- 1 Cup Veg. Oil
- 4 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 3/4 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions, tops & bottoms
- 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 8-10 (6") Flour Tortillas

Place meat in freezer for 10 Minutes to stiffen. Slice Meat into thin long strips.

Marinate steak in Tequila & Lime Juice for 2 Hours.

Mix together Oil,Liquid Smoke,Salt,Pepper,Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika & Tequila marinade with meat.

Cover pan & refrig for up to four days.

Heat pan over medium heat,drizzle marinade into pan. When hot, add Steak stirring occasionally. Three or Four minutes before meat reaches desired doneness stir in onion & Green Pepper. When done ladle onto hot plate and top with Chopped Tomato. Serve with warmed flour tortillas.
