Beef Stroganoff
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs of Beef 1/8 inch slices
- 2 Tablespoons Oleo or Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Beef Bullion
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Small Clove Garlic or 1/8 teaspoon minced
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 8 Ounce can mushrooms
- 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 4 Cups Hot Cooked Noodles
- 1 Tablespoon Oleo or Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds

Cook beef in 2 Tablespoons of butter in 10 skillet, low heat until brown.

Reserve 1/3 cup bouillon.

Stir remaining bouillon, ketchup, garlic salt into skillet. Heat until boiling then reduce heat and simmer unit beef is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).

Stir in mushrooms and onion cover and simmer about 5 minutes.

Shake reserve bullion and flour in tight container and gradually stir into beef mixture. Heat to boil stirring constantly for 1 minute reduce heat and stir in sour cream heat thoroughly.

Toss noodles with 1 teaspoon melted butter and poppy seeds.
