Chinese Salad
This is great for group lunches or dinners.
ingredients
- 1 package broccoli slaw
- 2 packages Ramen noodles, Oriental flavor
- 2-3 ounces slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower nuts
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 2 packages seasoning mix from Ramen noodles, above

In a large bowl, mIx together broccoli slaw, ramen noodles (noodles only-separate seasoning mix), almonds, sunflower nuts and green onion.

Mix together oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning mix from noodles; pour over salad mixture. Serve immediately.
