This is great for group lunches or dinners.

ingredients

  • 1 package broccoli slaw
  • 2 packages Ramen noodles, Oriental flavor
  • 2-3 ounces slivered almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower nuts
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 packages seasoning mix from Ramen noodles, above

directions

    In a large bowl, mIx together broccoli slaw, ramen noodles (noodles only-separate seasoning mix), almonds, sunflower nuts and green onion.

    Mix together oil, sugar, vinegar and seasoning mix from noodles; pour over salad mixture. Serve immediately.
