Split Pea Soup
ingredients
- Bones or Flanken
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- carrot
- celery
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon dill
directions
- 1
bones or flanken, cover with water, boil, skim foam, add 1 cup split peas (yellow and green)

boil until split peas dissolve 2-3 hours.
