Strawberry Cake

ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O (not sugar free)
- 4 tbsp. self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries (if you use frozen you can thaw and just use a cup - include some juice)
- Frosting
- 1 box confectioner’s sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Add dry Jell-o to the cake mix. Add the remaining ingredients in the order given. Beat with mixer after the addition of each egg. Stir in strawberries last.

Bake in layers or 13“ x 9” pan on 350° for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.

Frosting Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in mixer and beat on slow spead until mixture is fluffy. Spread on Cake after it has cooled.
