Grilled Salmon with Ginger-Orange Mustard Glaze

- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 1/4 cream sherry
- 1/4 Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. peeled grated ginger root
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 4 6 oz. salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick
- Vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy duty, zip top plastic bag. Add salmon to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove salmon from bag, reserving marinade.

Prepare grill or broiler. Place salmon on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 6 minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
