Hot Beef Dip
ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 T. margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8oz.) cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 (3oz.) pkg dried beef (chopped)
- 1 (4oz.) can mushrooms (drained)
- 1/4 cup (1oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T chopped parsley
directions
Sautè onion in margarine. Add milk and cream cheese. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Serve hot with french or rye bread slices or also crackers may be used.
