Meatballs
From Betty Crocker cookbook
ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. dry (Italian) bread crumbs
- 1 T snipped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c/ oil
directions
Mix all ingredients except oil. Shape by rounded tablespoonfuls into falls. In large skillet, cook meatballs in oil about 20 minutes.
