Leah's Shrimp Mold

Great creamy shrimp mold for townhouse crackers.
ingredients
- 2 cans of shrimp
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 5-6 chopped green onion
- 1 Tbls cool water
- dash of tobasco
directions
Drain shrimp and put in bowl of water and set aside. On low heat, heat can of cream of mushroom soup (no can of water). Dissolve gelatin with 1 Tbls cool water and add to soup. Mixed together mayo and cream cheese and add to soup. Remove from heat and add celery, onion and tobasco. Drain shrimp and fold into mixture. pour mixture into bowl or jello mold and refridgerate until set. Flip from mold and serve with crackers.
