Brunch Casserole
ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (cooked,crumbled & drained)
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices - white or honey wheat bread (trim crusts)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- dash of black pepper

Grease or use cooking spray prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish. Trim bread crusts and line bottom of baking dish with bread slices. Sprinkle evenly with cheese, then with crumbled sausage.

Mix together, eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper until light. Pour egg mixture over the sausage, cheese and bread. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Serve at once.
