BRUSHCHETTA with APPLE AND BRIE
Simple to make and wonderful with cocktails
ingredients
- 1.A fresh Italian baguette about 2“ in diameter sliced about 1/4” thick
- 2.Fuji apples-sliced thing (or someone other sweet red apple )
- 3.Brie cheese-sliced thin
- 4.Olive oil
- 5.Garlic-crushed

1. Under a broiler lightly toast the slices of Italian bread on both sides, and immediately after removing them from the broier drizzle olive oil on one side of each piece,and then rub it with a crushed garlic clove. Repeat this process until all slices have been prepared.

2. Place one or two slices of brie on the side of the bread that you applied the olive oil to, and on top of the brie place a thin slice of apple. On top of the apple put a couple of drops of olive oil.

3. These can be made in advance; however, to prevent the apple slices from turning brown rub each piece of apple on both sides with lemon juice.
