This is a recipe from my mom’s best friend, Jean Payne. I grew up with Jean being like a second mom; we were always at her house or she was always at our house.

- 2 pkg. Carl Buddig Corned Beef
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 1/2 C chopped pecans
- 1 box crackers
