balsamic rosemary vinaigrette
a tasty dressing that can be used for salads or a marinade.
ingredients
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic glove
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup dried rosemary leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

in a blender combine vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic clove, rosemary, water, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

with the machine running pour the olive oil in a thin stream; blend until creamy.

this will stay good in the fridge for about two weeks.
