Creamy Corn & Potato Chowder
ingredients
- 3 cans (16 oz) creamed corn
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 4-5 potatoes, cubed
- 2-3 carrots, sliced
directions
Boil the potaoes and carrots in the water and broth. Halfway through, add the canned corn. When almost done, add the onions. Bring to a boil. Add milk. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
