SUMMER CHICKEN KEBOBS
One of my favorite meals - serve these with Garlic Basil Tomato Pie and Strawberry Spinach Salad.
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large green peppers
- 2 large sweet onions (Vidalia)
- 18 medium fresh mushrooms
- 1 bottle Italian Salad dressing
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T. lemon juice
For beef kebobs, use boneless sirloin and make a marinade of 1 bottle Italian dressing, 3 T. cracked pepper, 3 T. Worcestershire sauce, and 1 T. garlic salt.
