Beef Chorizo
I usually use soy chorizo which is easy to find. there are however times when you need something with a real meat texture. For these times try this
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper (coarse)
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Allow mixture to marinate over night or for 2-3 hours. Cook well.

Serve with eggs and flour tortillas.
