Lia's Turkey Meatloaf

Low-fat Turkey Meatloaf
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 bread crumbs, plain or seasoned
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 chopped mushrooms
- 1 large egg
- 1+ tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, you can use more or less depending on how you like it!
- 1 tablespoon of Emeril Lagase’s Bam seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2
Put the all the ingredients listed above in a large bowl and mix well with clean hands. Transfer mixture to a bread pan and make sure it is evenly spread. Cover the top of the loaf with ketchup, about 1/4 cup. Place in the oven and cook for 45-50 minutes.
