Pasta in Tomato Sauce

This is one of the italian dish with an indian twist
ingredients
- 1.Pasta- 1 packet
- 2.Tomatoes-8 Chopped very finely
- 3.Onion-1 large chopped very finely
- 4.Garlic-6 cloves- chopped
- 5.Ginger-1 inch piece- minced
- 6.Tomato sauce-2 tblspn
- 7.Soya sauce-1 tsp
- 8.Vinegar-1 tblspn
- 9.Red chilli powder-1 tblspn
- 10.Sugar-1 tblspn
- 11.Garam masala- 1 tsp
- 12.Salt to taste
- 13.Oil-2 tblspn
- 14.Butter-1 tblspn
- 15.Coriander-1 tblspn
- 16.Green Chilli-2 chopped very finely

1.Take a microproof bowl add 1 tblspn of oil and put the chopped tomatoes,Salt,Sugar and cook them for 15 min.

2.Take them out for every 5 min and add a little water and mash them well.

3.The tomatoes should be a good sauce conisistency.

4.Then in a large pan add 1 litre of water and bring to the boil.

5.Add salt and a tsp of oil and put the pasta in to the hot water.

6.Cook the pasta as given in the directions.

7.Drain the pasta and drizzle some oil and mix the well.

8.Take a large pan add Butter and oil and heat it up.

9.Add Garlic and Ginger and fry for 1 min.

10.Add Onion and Green chilli,salt ,sugar and mix well till they are golden brown colour.

11.Add the Prepared tomato gravy,Soya sauce,Tomato sauce, an mix them for 2 min.

12.Add Vinegar,Red chilli powder and stir for 2 min.

13.Then add the Pasta and stir well .Cook for 5 min in low flame.

14.Add garam masala and stir for 2 min.Garnish with coriander
notes
1.Make the tomato sauce thick and mashing up all the tomatoes. 2.You can add capsicum to this pasta dish. 3.Cook the pasta by the directions given in the packet. 4.Serve this dish hot.
