Mushroom Masala
ingredients
- 1.Button Mushroom-1 packet sliced
- 2.Onion-2 large sliced
- 3.Tomato-4 pureed
- 4.Green chilli-2
- 5.Peas- 1 cup
- 6.Tomato Sauce -2 tblspn
- 7.Soya Sauce-1 tsp
- 8.Red chilli sauce-1 tsp
- 9.Green chilli sauce-1 tsp
- 10.Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
- 11.Vinegar- 2 tsp
- 12.Garam masala-1 tsp
- 13.Coriander- for garnishing
- 14.Salt to taste
- 15.Sugar-1 tblpsn
- 16.Oil-2 tblspn
- 17.Cumin seeds-1 tsp
- 18.Ginger Garlic paste-1 tblspn

1.Take a large kadai add 1 tblspn of oil and heat it up.

2.Crackle some cumin seeds.

3.Add onion,green chilli,Salt,Sugar and stir till it attains golden brown colour.

4.Add the Ginger Garlic paste & tomato puree and stir well till oil oozes from it.

5.Add sliced mushroom and peas and stir for 1 min.

6.Cook covered for 5 min until the mushroom is cooked.

7.Now add the tomato,soya,Red chilli,Green chilli sauces and vinegar and stir gently.

8.Then add the Garam masala powder and Red chilli powder and stir for 2 min.

9.Add water depending on ur required Gravy consistency.

10.Garnish with coriander leaves
notes
1.Fry the onion till it attains nice colour 2.For Tomato puree- Take a microproof bowl,Add a tspn of oil and put in the chopped tomato and stir and cook for 5 min.Add some salt and water and cook for 10 min till it get in to a sauce consisitency
