Grandma Glovers Stuffing
ingredients
- 2 loafs of bread
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup turkey drippings (or any kind of stock)
- Salt to taste
- Sage (about 1 TB)
- 2 TB sugar
directions
Pull apart the loafs of bread into small bite size pieces, spread out bread on a flat surface to dry overnight. Saute celery and onions with butter until they are soft (about 20 min). Mix saute with bread crumbs. Mix in salt, sage and sugar. Place into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 25 min.
