Peggy's Turkey Dressing
ingredients
- 1 Can Chicken Broth
- 2 Cans Water
- 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 1 Minced Onion
- 5 Finely Chopped Celery Stalks
- 6 Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 Pan Cooked Cornbread (Crumbled)
- 3 Cooked Bisquits or 1-2 Slices Bread (Crumbled)
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1 Tbs. Sage
- 1 Dash Black Pepper
- 1 Tbs. Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 or 3/4 C. Milk or Water (optional)

Brings broth, water, & bouillon to a boil in large pot. Continue stiring while adding additional ingredients.

Add onion and celery and simmer with the lid covered until vegetables are thoroughly cooked (transparent in color).

Add chopped eggs and crumbled bread.

Add butter, sage, pepper, parsley.

Stir until everything is mixed well and butter is melted.

Add the water or milk if the mixture is too thick.

Grease 9x13 baking pan and press mixture into pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
