Baby Potatoes with Rosemary
ingredients
- 4 lbs assorted small potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (1 Tbsp dried rosemary)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425

Place cut up potatoes in large roasting pan

Toss with olive oil, butter, rosemary, salt, pepper

Roast for 40 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown
