Baked Fish Fillet
ingredients
- Baked Fish Fillet
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Cup Sherry Wine
- 2 Tblsp. Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Butter
directions
Place fish on pan already buttered well. Chop 1/2 onion, sprinkle on fish. Pour over 1/2 cup sherry wine, 2 Tablespoons lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped Parsley. Dot with more butter. Bake at 350* for about 20 min, any kind of fish fillet or fish steak will work
