Grandma's Chicken Soup
This soup is a hit with the whole family!
ingredients
- 2 lbs. of chicken
- a pot full of water
- 6 Carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 tbsp. powder chicken flavor
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Rinse chicken and place in pot with half of your onion, cover with water and put on stove on high for one hour. While chicken is cooking, skim foam off top. Remove chicken. Add veggies and cook for 30 mins or until veggies are cooked.

Serve with pasta.
