- 3 cups shredded Carrots
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- Icing:
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 Stick Margarine
- 1 Box Powder Sugar (1 pound)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup chopped Nuts
