Cherry Breeze Pie
ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Kellogg’s Corn Flake Crumbs
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 can cheery pit filling

Cook butter and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Mix in the corn flake crumbs. Press evenly and firmly in a 9 inch pan to form a crust. Chill.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Spread in crust. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until firm.

Top with chilled cherry pie filling. To remove pie pieces easily, place hot, wet towels around sides and bottom of pan before cutting.
notes
You can easily use a premade graham cracker crust for this pie. You can also use different kids of pie filling on top. Make sure you use Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk in the filling - NOT evaporated milk!
