Chicken fry

This is a special chicken fry taste good with chicken briyani.
ingredients
- 1.Chicken -1/2 kg(leg piece)
- 2.Curd-1/2 cup
- 3.Red chilli powder-1 tblspn
- 4.Tumeric powder-1 tsp
- 5.Coriander powder-1 tblspn
- 6.Curry powder-1 tblspn
- 7.Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- 8.Whole Garam masala-1 tblspn (Crushed)
- 9.Red colour-1 tsp
- 10.Ginger Garlic paste-1 tblspn
- 11.Coriander & Mint-a handful crushed
- 12.Salt to taste
- 13.Corn flour- 1tsp
- 14.Rice flour- 1tblspn
- 15.Egg-1
- 16.Lime juice-1 tblspn

1.Take a bowl and add the cleaned chicken to it.

2.Mix all the above ingredients in to it and mix well.

3.Cover with a cling film and keep in in fridge.

4.Let it marinate for atleast 1 hour.

5.Heat oil in a frying pan.

6.Let it reach a medium heat.

7.Put the marinated chicken pieces in the oil.

8.It takes about 15 min to cook.

9.Fry it till it attains golden brown.

10.Take it out and squeeze lime juice over it.

11.Serve hot.
notes
1.The longer time it marinates it taste best. 2.You can marinate the chicken and keep over night. 3.Fry in a medium heat,because if it is fried in a high heat it get golden colour on out side but it wont be cooked inside properly.
