London Broil Buffalo Steak or Filet
ingredients
- 2-4 ounce Buffalo Steak or Filet
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoons pepper
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1 crushed clove garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
directions
Score meat and add to marinade. Let meat stand in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours, turning several times. Grill to desired doneness. Cut or slice thinly against grain. Serve immediately.
