Turkey Meatloaf

Low fat amazing tasting protein meatloaf.

ingredients

  • 2lbs ground fat-free turkey breast
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1tbsp low sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

directions

    1)Preheat oven to 350

    2)Using hands mix everything but ketchup

  • 3

    3)Place mixture in a meat loaf pan and cover top with ketchup

  • 4

    4)Cover and bake for 1 hour
