Turkey Meatloaf
Low fat amazing tasting protein meatloaf.
ingredients
- 2lbs ground fat-free turkey breast
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1tbsp low sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
directions

1)Preheat oven to 350

2)Using hands mix everything but ketchup

3)Place mixture in a meat loaf pan and cover top with ketchup

4)Cover and bake for 1 hour
