Beef Teriyaki
This is a recipe I found on the back of a Minute Rice box.
ingredients
- 1 pound of beef chuck strips
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup red and green pepper strips
- 2 cups bouillon
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sherry (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
directions
Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, soy sauce and sherry. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
