Asian Chicken Stir-Fry

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips**
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Condensed Golden Mushroon Soup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bag (18 oz. ) frozen vegetable combination, thawed*
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice

    In skilled over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done and juices evaporate.

    Add soup, soy sauce and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add thawed vegetables and cook over medium heat until vegetable are tender crisp, stir often.

    * To thaw, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.

  • 4

    ** Can substitute chicken strips instead.
