Asian Chicken Stir-Fry
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips**
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Condensed Golden Mushroon Soup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bag (18 oz. ) frozen vegetable combination, thawed*
- 4 cups hot cooked rice

In skilled over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done and juices evaporate.

Add soup, soy sauce and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add thawed vegetables and cook over medium heat until vegetable are tender crisp, stir often.

* To thaw, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.

** Can substitute chicken strips instead.
