Protein Pancakes

These protein pancakes taste amazing. They are terrific for body building and, if you need a softer food to eat (braces, wisdom teeth removel...) they work wonderfully as well as being amazingly tasty!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- 4-5 egg whites
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)

Blend until batter consistency. Then pour into a frying pan like normal pancakes.

Thats the basics. You can add your own items for flavoring... for example

mix in 1/2 cup blueberries after blending. (Blueberry pancakes)

Or try adding a half a banana before blending for banana flavored pancakes.

Toppings: Spread with natural peanut butter and top with strawberry jam or sliced berries; top with mashed 1/2 banana.
