Cheese Scrambled Eggs
Charles has to have this one at least one night a week...also, a big favorite of Erin and Will’s!
ingredients
- 6 eggs
- Velveeta cheese (about 1/2 cup)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T. water

Beat eggs and add water. Mix together and add cheese, salt, and pepper. Heat a nonstick skillet with 2 T. oil. Pour egg mixture in and stir from the bottom and turn egg mixture over and over until cheese melts and eggs are done.

We serve this with biscuits, syrup, and bacon. YUM!!
