Crockpot Roast
Nobody can beat the gravy in this roast!
ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. rump roast
- 1 can Golden Mushroom soup
- 1 can French Onion soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Red potatoes quartered
- Baby carrots
directions
Season the roast. Mix salt, pepper, and garlic powder together and rub good over the roast. Place roast in crockpot. Mix all soups together. Pour over roast. Add potatoes and carrots all around the roast if desired. Cook on low all day or night before. If gravy is too thin, dip a little gravy out and stir flour or cornstarch in very well and mix back into the pot.
