Picnic Pasta Salad
ingredients
- 4 cups (12 oz bos) Penne pasta uncooked
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomato
- 1 cup (8 oz) Italian Salad dressing
- 1/4 lb each sliced deli ham and salami, cut into strips
- 1/4 lb porvolone or mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup sliced pimiento stuffed olives
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 2 Tsp chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 Tsp dried oregano leaves

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.

In a large bowl, toss cooled pasta and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
