Picnic Pasta Salad

ingredients

  • 4 cups (12 oz bos) Penne pasta uncooked
  • 2 cups chopped fresh tomato
  • 1 cup (8 oz) Italian Salad dressing
  • 1/4 lb each sliced deli ham and salami, cut into strips
  • 1/4 lb porvolone or mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cup sliced pimiento stuffed olives
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery
  • 2 Tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tsp dried oregano leaves

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

    Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.

  • 3

    In a large bowl, toss cooled pasta and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
