Carrot cake
ingredients
- 3 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine dry ingredients

In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients

Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together

Fold in carrots

Pour into greased pan

Bake at 350° for 35 min

Beat all the ingredients together. If desired add more sugar, to taste.
