Mojito
“Mi mojito en la Bodeguita”
ingredients
- 2 oz. light rum
- Juice of half a lime
- 8 Mint leaves
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Splash of club soda
- Mortar and Pestle (Can be purchased at the market or gourmet store)
directions

Place sugar, 5 mint leaves and lime juice in a mortar and crush with the pestle. Put into highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add rum then club soda. Stir.

Garnish with remaining mint leaves
