Cherry Crisp

This is super easy to mix up. I often make these when we work cattle.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 c quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2/3 c crisco
directions
Mix like pie crust; put half of this mixture into a 9x13 cake pan and pat down. Pour 2 cans cherry pie filling over the top and sprinkle remaining crust mixture over the top of the pie filling. Bake 20-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
