Rum Sauce for mincemeat pie
Serve warm over mincemeat pie
ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 T. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. half and half
- 2. T. rum
directions
- 1
melt butter and add sugar and syrup.
- 2
slowly add half and half, bring to boiling point. Boil 2 min. Remove from heat, let cool slightly then add rum.
