Mexican Salad
ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 can chili beans
- 1/2 cup Catalina dressing
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- corn chips
directions
Brown ground beef with onions and salt & pepper, drain. Add chili beans, dressing and water, simmer until heated through. In a large bowl mix lettuce and cheese. Pour meat mixture into bowl and stir. Serve over corn chips.
