Blueberry Cobbler
Mayme Geiger’s Fresh Cobbler Recipe
ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2/3 cup Crisco or shortening
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 cups Blueberries or other type
directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13" pan. Mix ingredients and pour 2 cups blueberries into pan. Sprinkle over mixture. Mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or less.
