Peanut Butter Balls

ingredients

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup sunflower nuts (unsalted)
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies or flaxseed

    Mix together well in a large bowl: peanut butter, honey, powdered milk, sunflower nuts.

    Add rice krispies and mix.

  • 3

    Use small spoonful, shape into balls and roll in crushed rice krispies or coconut. Makes 60 balls.
