Mexican Stack-up Hors D'oeurves
ingredients
- 1 can bean dip
- 2 avocados
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 package Taco mix
- 1 can black pitted olives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 small/medium tomatos
directions
Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice (or substitute pre-made avacado dip). Set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and taco mix. Set aside. Dice olives. Chop tomatoes. Arrange in layers beginning with the bean dip then avocado then mayo/sour cream then olives and tomatoes ending with cheese. Serve with taco chips.
