Cornbread Stuffing for Turkey
Rick Geiger’s Famous Recipe
ingredients
- 1 box Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing
- 3/4# Crab Meat or Fresh Fish
- 1/3 cup Chopped Celery
- 1/3 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1/8 cup Olive Oil
- Optional Cayenne Pepper or Tabasco/Hot Sauce to taste, but not too much
- 1/3 cup Green Pepers Chopped
directions
Prepare the stuffing mix. Add rest of ingredients but keep some of oil to brush the outside of the caskes before cooking. (Makes outside crispy). If mix is too mushy, add some crushed crackers to make it drier. Make into patties, 3" diameter. Place in lightly oiled bakind dish and cook at 400 until crispy on outside.
