ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Coco
- 2 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanila
directions
Preheat oven to 350* put all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Use a round or rectangular pan.
